You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it had when rented. For Hourly Rentals fuel is included. Otherwise, refueling charges will apply.

A fee of $20 per hour will be charged if the vehicle is returned more than 30 minutes late.

In case of an accident, contact the police and file a report, then notify us. If the car breaks down, contact Veygo for further assistance.

You can cancel for a full refund if you cancel more than 72 hours before pickup.
If you cancel within 72 hours but more than 24 hours before pickup, you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be charged.
If you are unable to rent because you do not meet Veygo’s rental requirements, the same cancellation policy applies.
