How do I make a reservation?
Simply go to the homepage of this website, choose your desired time period, and select the car you’d like to rent. You’ll receive an email confirmation after completing your booking.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We currently we offer free delivery to anywhere on or around campus! Just enter in your address when making a reservation.
Am I eligible to rent from Veygo?
Currently, we offer rentals exclusively to Purdue students over the age of 18. We plan to expand to more universities in the future.

What documents are required to rent a vehicle?
You’ll need a valid U.S. driver’s license or international license, your Purdue Student ID, and a credit or debit card.
What is the minimum age requirement to rent a vehicle?
The minimum age is 18 years old.
Can I add additional drivers?
Yes, you can add up to four additional drivers. The cost is $19.98 per driver, and each additional driver must meet the eligibility requirements.
How much does it cost to rent a car?
Economy cars start at $74.99 per day, and luxury cars are $84.99 per day. We also offer discounts for longer rentals and promotions announced on our social media channels.

Yes! We offer a weekday special where all our cars are $34.99 per day. We also offer discounts for rentals longer than 5 days.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major U.S. credit and debit cards.
Are there any deposits required?
If you are a Purdue student, no deposit is required.
What happens if the car I reserved becomes unavailable?
In the rare case your reserved car becomes unavailable, we will provide a full refund and may offer a discount for your next rental.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. However, extra charges may apply for late returns, excess mileage, or if the vehicle is returned in a dirty condition.
Do you offer any protection plans?
Yes, we offer full coverage protection plans. You can choose between liability coverage at $19.98 per day or a collision damage waiver (CDW) ranging from $26.99 to $31.99 per day.
Insurance & Coverage
Can I use my own insurance?
Yes, if you have valid coverage that meets Indiana’s minimum requirements, you can use your own insurance. You’ll need to provide proof when booking.
Is there a mileage limit for rentals?
Yes, all rentals come with a 250-mile limit per day. Additional miles are charged at $0.45 to $0.65 per mile, depending on the vehicle.
Mileage, Fuel & Returns
What is your fuel policy?
You must return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel it had when rented. Otherwise, refueling charges will apply.
What happens if the car I reserved becomes unavailable?
In the rare case your reserved car becomes unavailable, we will provide a full refund and may offer a discount for your next rental.
What is your late return policy?
A fee of $20 per hour will be charged if the vehicle is returned more than 30 minutes late.
Can I return the vehicle early?
Yes, but we do not offer refunds for early returns.
Can I take the rental vehicle out of the country?
No, our rental vehicles are only allowed for use within the United States.
